My general skills set involves the analysis of customers requirements and the use of computers, software, peripherals to solve their business problems.  As such, my talents fall into these areas:

Project Management

Sixteen-years of professional experience participating and leading project teams in concept development and presentation, detailed design, procurement, technical support, and training.  Nine years experience in software development and systems integration for document imaging services and solutions.  Lead teams from Sales and Marketing, Product Development, and Product Support to implement document imaging services and solutions for internal and external customers.

Document Imaging

Expertise in Document Imaging and Management with an ability to conceive, propose, implement, and support departmental scale document imaging solutions.  Technology implementation experience includes scanning, indexing, raster file conversion, image processing, raster to vector conversion, bar-coding (print and read), and media authoring and distribution and many commercial document imaging software applications (complete list available on request).

Software

Proficient in many software applications including Microsoft Office Professional 97 and 2000, FrontPage, Internet Explorer, and Outlook; Lotus Notes, Visio Visio Professional, Visioneer Paperport, Corex Cardscan, Caere Omnipage Pro, Forefront ForeHelp; Microsoft Windows CE, 95, 98, NT, and NT Server, 2000 Professional; 2000 Advanced Server; Symantec ACT!, WinFAX, PC Anywhere, Norton Antivirus; Adobe Acrobat, Premier; Adaptec Easy CD Creator, Microvision Sure-Thing CD Labeler, FEDEX Ship.

Hardware

Hardware configuration and troubleshooting experience includes Intel-based PC's; Handheld PC’s (H/PC); Expansion interfaces: ISA, PCI, EIDE, ATAPI, SCSI, USB, FireWire; LAN/WAN design and implementation; Communications - ISDN, Fractional T-1, POTS; Input devices - Aperture Card, Large Format, and Document (high speed, departmental, and desktop) Scanners, Digital Cameras; Output Devices - Laser and Inkjet Printers and Engineering Plotters, CD-R Recorders, Optical Disk Drives, 9-track, 4mm DAT, and 8mm tape drives.
